Step 1. Download and Install the RemoteUs Customer Program by clicking on the link below :

 Step 2. Run the RemoteUS Customer Program and follow the operating instructions below:

a) Customer opens connection with the Customer's Program. He will get a 4-digit secure session code.

b) Helpdesk opens Remoteus Helpdesk and enters the session code which the Customer tells him over the phone and presses "Connect".

c) Remoteus connection is established.

  

NOTE: Remoteus Helpdesk and the Customer's Program open a TCP-connection to Remoteus Gateway (82.118.192.120) at port 6000 or 443 (whichever succeeds first). If customer's firewall blocks outgoing connections by default then this outgoing TCP traffic has to be allowed at the firewall.
